Delightful flat with a beautiful south-facing garden literally moments from all the tube stations, shops and restaurants on Notting Hill Gate itself. Holland Park and Kensington Gardens are less than a ten minute walk. A real hidden gem this is the perfect holiday home.
The space
The entire property will be yours to enjoy and will be professionally cleaned before your stay. A welcome pack will also be left inside which should answer any queries that arise throughout your stay.
Please be aware that there are stairs within the property and access to the front door is also via stairs.
Guest access
Check in time is 3pm until 10pm and Check out by 11am.
*Please note we will check the passport of the person who made the booking upon arrival *
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and toilet roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. We also provide fresh, pressed bed linens and big fluffy towels for you. A linen change can also be arranged upon request and at an extra cost
Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £25 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.
There is pay and display parking on the surrounding streets, or you can call the local council who can provided parking during your stay at an additional cost.
We will provide you with wifi code when you check in.
At present, this property is not able to accommodate children.
