Summary: Unfortunately my stay at Egerton only lasted one night as the studio/bed sit I was on sprung a leak from the apartment upstairs at 3am. So bad that we had to be moved. While I can’t fault the egerton staff , they were fantastic, they couldn’t accommodate us in any of their other properties so we were moved to a larger apartment owned by the landlord. Sounds great but wasn’t. The apartment provided to us was awful. It was not a regular rental. It was a dumping ground for the cleaner who serviced all the other apartments in the area. It had no amenities at all and the kitchen was filthy. It was so bad that we used it for showering and sleeping only. While I can’t fault the Egerton staff for their communication I feel that we should have been given another one of their multiple properties across London. It seems that we were fobbed off to the landlord who clearly wasn’t interested in our comfort. For this reason. I would probably not use egerton / Nestor again
