5 Bedroom House in Tufnell Park, London
A beautiful 5 bedroom family home in North London, perfect for up to 9 adults and 1 child. With Hampstead Heath and Camden nearby; Islington's Upper Street is just a 20 minute journey away. King's Cross St Pancras can be reached in around 20 minutes, ideal for connections to the Eurostar.
At the front of this large, Victorian semi-detached house, is a monochrome-tiled garden path up to the entrance. On the right of the hallway, is the main living area.
LIVING ROOM
A spacious and bright room, with a classic fireplace and bookcases either side. With high ceilings and a bay window, there are two armchairs positioned within the space. There is a leather armchair opposite the fireplace.
Further into the room, on the left, is a further seating area, with a second fireplace. Framed prints of ferns and plants line the wall, with a navy-blue sofa beneath. There is also a chaise-lounge, another armchairs and a television on the left of the fireplace. Plants and art decorate the space. A few steps down, lead to the kitchen and dining space.
KITCHEN AND DINING SPACE
This room is open-plan, with floor to ceiling windows offering views out to the garden beyond. There is a long dining table and surrounding chairs, with a comfortable sofa beside it, for relaxing, post-dinner.
The kitchen has a central island, with accompanying bar stools and marble worktops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine.
GARDEN
The garden includes a paved area, adorned with plants, a manicured lawn and a small Wendy house for children.
WC
There is a WC and basin, for convenience on this floor.
PLAYROOM
On the lower ground floor, is the playroom, which comprises a sofa, ottoman, toys, children's chairs, a television, books and art on the walls. An air mattress can be set-up in this room if needed, for 2 guests.
UTILITY ROOM
The utility room is next door and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and a sink.
FIRST BEDROOM
The first bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a Super-King size bed in the centre and bedside tables either side. There is also a chest-of-drawers and art on the walls.
EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom has sophisticated tiling throughout, with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a large mirror.
SECOND BEDROOM
Upstairs on the first floor, is a further bedroom with a King-size bed, a chest-of-drawers and a wardrobe.

MASTER BEDROOM
A very spacious room, with two armchairs in the bay of the window. There is a super-king size bed in the centre, with chest-of-drawers opposite. The room also enjoys a fireplace, many framed artworks and a large wardrobe.
MASTER EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom is elegant in style, with two basins with marble top and two mirrors above. There is a large, freestanding-bath, with gold shower attachment. The walk-in shower has marble tiling throughout and a reminiscent of a spa. There is a hidden WC.
STUDY
The study includes a desk, with chair and a bookcase.
SECOND STUDY
A few steps up, there is another petite study space, with a small desk and chair.
BATHROOM
This bathroom is stylish, with pretty floor tiles throughout. There is a double basin, with marble top and free-standing bath. There is also a WC and a walk-in shower.
FOURTH BEDROOM
This bedroom is a child's bedroom, with colourful murals on the walls and toys around. There is a single bed on one side, with a sleeping space and play area on the opposite side. The sleeping space can have a temporary bed to sleep one guest- so this room can sleep 2 people in total.
FIFTH BEDROOM
This bedroom is for young children- the cot in the photograph has now been upgraded to a single bed for a child of up to 8 years with a bed guard. In the corner, there is an armchair and stars and artwork decorate the walls. An additional travel cot can be provided to sleep an infant on request.
