It would be almost rude not to begin with the principal floor. An expansive living room and kitchen area that revels in its own spaciousness and instils (in us, at least) a strong impulse to do the same, by cartwheeling across the floor. Fresh interiors and modern furnishings create a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, complimented in the kitchen by contrasting light and dark tones. There's also plenty of room for eating and entertaining, with a sizeable kitchen island and a large dining table by the bi-folding doors.
