A classically styled three bedroom house, spread over four floors, with elegant interiors, a lovely garden, and off-street parking for two cars. Situated in a quiet road overlooking leafy Wimbledon Common to the north and Cannizaro Park to the south, this home is perfectly placed for tranquil walks in Richmond Park, as well as visits to the boutique shops, delis, pubs and restaurants of Wimbledon Village.
Please note: Normal access is through the side door at ground level. The main front door leads to the first floor, reached by a flight of stone steps.
GROUND FLOOR
ENTRANCE LOBBY
With space for coats and shoes, this leads into the rooms of the ground floor.
FIRST BATHROOM
A bright and airy shower room, with neutral interiors, a walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC.
DINING ROOM
An elegant traditional dining room with big bay windows, and antique furniture. There is an extendible dining table with eight chairs.

The garden is a beautiful, lusciously green space, with a circular lawn area ringed with flower beds and screened by larger shrubs. There are two benches nestled in a peaceful spot amidst the greenery. A small path leads into a further green space beyond, surrounded by more shrubs and a small circular pool. The doors from the family room lead on a sheltered south facing paved terrace with tables, sunshades, outdoor seating, and a BBQ – perfect for summer evenings and outdoor dining.

The steps from the street lead up to the front door and into the hall. This connects to the rooms on the first floor and the stairs.
LIVING ROOM
The door from the hall leads into the double reception room stretching from the front to the back of the house, with large windows at each end overlooking the trees of the common and the garden. At the front end, there is a separate sitting area with a small grand piano, two armchairs by the window, an elegant chandelier, and a fireplace with a grand embellished mirror above. This connects with an elegantly furnished second seating area with two sofas and armchairs set around a coffee table, a period fireplace, and a hearth rug. The walls are furnished with tall bookshelves and a variety of landscape paintings.

A sleek bathroom with tiled walls and illuminated mirror cabinets. There is a large walk-in waterfall shower, bath, wash basin and WC.

THIRD BEDROOM
A serene bedroom with pale grey and blue tones and large cottage style windows, looking over the tops of the trees of the Common. There is a double bed with 2 bedside tables, a TV, wardrobe with long mirror, and chest of drawers.

Recently added, this bedroom contains an adult-size single bed and wardrobe, with hanging space and drawers. There is also space for a mattress on the floor, which is available upon request. Please note that no photos are available at this time but should be added soon.

Please note, this property is a typical London townhouse and therefore has lots of steps! There are two off street parking spaces available. The fourth bedroom (photos to follow), sleeps an additional guest on the single bed, with space for a second guest on a mattress on the floor, if needed. Please note, this property has stone steps up to the front door, but the ground floor side door is the usual entry point.
