This lovely house is set over 3 floors and sleeps up to 6 guests, boasting a vast private garden. This house is located in a quiet area of London with River Thames, Notting Hill and South Kensington nearby.
LIVING ROOM
Access the house and find the living room on the left hand side, boasting plenty of artwork and red walls, creating a great environment for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family. This room is fitted with 2 sofas, a pouf table and a fireplace, as well as an armchair, a library and a desk.
KITCHEN & SITTING AREA
On the lower ground floor is the open-plan kitchen and sitting area, boasting space and a modern design. The sitting area consists of 2 large sofas, a pouf table and an armchair facing the flat screen TV next to which is an upright piano. The dining table sits 10 people comfortably next to the kitchen which is fully equipped with gas hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. A study space is located in the corner of this room, next to the utility room.
UTILITY ROOM & WC
A WC and a single wash basin is located on the lower ground floor next to which is the utility room featuring a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
MASTER BEDROOM with en-suite bathroom
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the living room, and offers a King-sized bed with bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and an armchair nicely placed by the floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is decorated with lovely paintings on the wall. The en-suite bathroom features a single wash basin, a WC, a bath tub and a separate walk-in shower.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom is situated on the first floor and offers a single bed, a desk, and a touch of charming floral print.
THIRD BEDROOM
Pink accents and an adorable canopied double bed make this room perfect for two children.
FOURTH BEDROOM
Offering plenty of light through a large cottage-style window, this delightful fourth bedroom comes with a double bed and a rather comfy-looking reading chair — perfect for stealing a few moments of quiet.
FAMILY BATHROOM
This bathroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a single wash basin, a WC and a combined bath tub and shower.
GARDEN
The large private garden can be accessed from the lower ground floor and is fitted with a table and chairs, as well as a charcoal BBQ, ideal for meals al fresco on a warm day. There is plenty of green space in this garden, perfect for exercise routines, playing with children or gathering with friends and family.
