On the right hand side as you enter the house is the modern and inviting reception room, fitted with a sofa by the window, 3 armchairs and a glass table just by the fireplace. The room is decorated with statement pieces of furniture and contemporary pieces of artwork. This room adjoins another sitting area, fitted with a large corner sofa, armchairs and a bench, as well as a selection of pieces of art. You can see the verdant terrace from here through the large sliding glass doors leading onto it.
LIVING ROOM
Next to the kitchen, on the lower ground floor, is the living room fitted with a large flat screen TV and a comfortable sitting area. There is a piano and a desk here as well.
