And if you're feeling up to a slightly longer stroll, the leafy trails of Hampstead Heath are just twenty-minutes away - the perfect excuse to sample a handful of the neighbourhood's ubiquitous vintage gastropubs along the way.

And although it's not yet pictured, there's a handful of garden furniture on its way that will transform the garden from pleasant-to-have patio, to indulgent relaxation station.

One of the many little touches to admire in the living room is the well-curated book selection - just please be careful with them, as many are of special personal value to the family. The third bedroom will be closed off to guests. The super king bed can be split into two singles if you'd prefer. Although there aren't any photos yet, garden furniture will be added to the patio and another single bed to the second bedroom. Smoking is not permitted inside or in the garden so if you're a smoker, this isn't the home for you.
