This unique, open plan property is on the private Eel Pie Island in Twickenham– a peaceful village inside an urban metropolis
The property is uniquely open plan throughout the ground floor.
LIVING ROOM
On arrival you will find the WC on the left hand side of the entrance. This leads into the main open-plan area which comprises the living room and kitchen. Despite its cosy feel, the ceilings are remarkably high and add a sense of space and depth. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a HD flat-screen TV, blu ray player and impressive collection of DVD's and finished off with some lovely wall art. There is also a wooden dining table with white wooden chairs which will comfortably seat 4-6 people.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is to the right of the living room and is fully kitted with a wine cooler, De Longhi coffee machine, dishwasher and an American-style fridge. There is lots of worktop space to comfortably prepare a family meal and all utensils/crockery available for guest use.
GUEST BEDROOM
Through the living room on the right hand side is the guest bedroom with its raised double bed accessible by pull down ladder style stairs with a study desk below. This may not be suitable for young children.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom set to the left hand side of the living room has an ornate Super King-size bed as well as an open en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate walk-in shower. There is no WC in the en suite bathroom.
GARDEN PATIO
The wonderful private garden is accessed from the living room as well as the master bedroom. There is a slightly raised patio area with table and seating provided as well as a green space with shrubbery. Perfect space to enjoy those British summer evenings after a big day out.
