A Stunning six bedroom contemporary house with beautiful garden and incredible master suite.
There are three beautiful reception rooms – two at the front and one at the back of the property. The front room has a beautiful piano, original fireplace and feature wallpaper and a red chandelier. The room is bright and funky and is definitely a space to relax and unwind. The second living area is a slightly smaller space with a study area, flat screen television and bookshelves on the wall. The main living room is open plan and very spacious with exposed floorboards. It is next to the kitchen and has French windows out to the garden. The walls are adorned with modern art which brightens the room and ensures there is plenty to look at and spark your interest! You can relax here and watch television whilst dinner is cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen is sleek and modern, with cream limestone flooring and American style double door fridge. The dining table and chairs in the centre of the room are useful for a quick breakfast or lunch as there is a more formal dining area just outside of the kitchen, also with doors out to the garden. Just outside of the living room is a small passageway filled with books (like a small library) en route to the downstairs bathroom.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a lovely, light room. Two sash windows draw the natural light through into the room and you can relax on the comfortable super king size bed or luxurious chaise longue! For added indulgence, the spectacular en-suite bathroom offers a claw-foot, roll-top bath, separate shower and his and her sinks as well as wardrobe space and an armchair! Access to the en-suite is via a walk in wardrobe. At the front of the house there is the first single room – a lovely size with bay windows, lovely cream and beige colour scheme and a writing desk. The second room has a single bed and double bunks, perfect for the younger members of the group! The fourth bedroom is a double room with lots of light and space and has the benefit of having the bathroom just next door. There is a further bedroom on the 2nd floor – a good size double and very comfortable. The top floor also has the added extra of another lounge and kitchenette plus an extra bathroom. The garden is beautiful – luscious green lawn, patio area and lots of plants and flowers all around. The garden stretches a long way back and there is ample room for exploring or for just sitting in the sun!
